A student after 2 years!

Here’s a quick life update: A few days back, I flew to the US with three suitcases to pursue my master's.

Apart from my belongings, I also packed in my aspirations to equip myself with skills, connections, and the zeal to augment my little mental health initiative.

Today marks Day 4 in the states and I can’t help but be restless about not attending to any clients or calls. There’s no 11 AM huddle and I am coping with my jetlag. But hey! as they say, all good things must come to an end,and so did my time at Classplus. What I’m carrying ahead with me in my journey are the following learnings from my last two years at this org, that shaped me into a better individual today:

1. You’ll stay a student forever and you will never know it all. Just be a sponge and soak it in as much as possible.
2. Be a risk taker and learn from your experiences. All steps you take matter.
3. Never hesitate to ask or voice your opinion. As Mukul, our CEO, once said, in one of our upskilling sessions a.k.a#Levelup, “ We spend more time fearing the outcomes that we might never face. If we don’t raise our point/ask a question about an objectionable scenario, we automatically become a party to it.”
4. Push your limits and always aim high!
5. Be kind and approachable. In this world full of challenges, the least you can do is be kind and helpful to others.

My journey from a Business Intern to a Program Manager at Classplus has helped me with innumerable learnings, relationships, and a growth mindset. I will admit that I miss being at the helm of things at Classplus, but I’m also ready to start the next chapter of my life with equal fervor and enthusiasm (or as Mamik, my manager always says, “its onwards and upwards from here!”)
